the facebook comments box requires a Facebook App_ID to get one do as follows:
login to your Facebook Account at the bottom you'll find the 'developers' link then click on My Apps click the button to set up a new app type name and agree to the therms and conditions captcha step you can do all kind of stuff here but you'll have to give the app the URL to your site (most likely where your Comments Box appears) you'll find your App-ID on top of the 'Web Site' settings
